The H2<\/sub>O Game<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We invite you to a future spa in a world where the temperatures are rising, and clean drinking water is in short supply. You enter an oval space where everyone sees everyone, and you take active part in the performance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience a poetic interpretation of the nature of water and join the games about the last clean drinking water. Together we explore water sensorily, historically and politically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The H2<\/sub>O Game <\/em>premiered at Kolding Egnsteater<\/a><\/strong> 25.-28. april 2026<\/strong>.
Experience the performance at CPH STAGE<\/strong><\/a> on the 3.-4. June 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The H2<\/sub>O Game<\/em> is developed as part of the international Biodiversa+-project, Are Best NbS<\/a><\/strong>, which is supported by Innovation Fund Denmark, with a purpose of exploring nature-based solutions and stakeholders' engagement in biodiversity and their local areas. In Denmark the research explores the Vejle-membrane and how lived experiences might affect different stakeholders' engagement and actions in the local environment. Secret Hotel is associated with the research process as artists, and in return we gain a lot of knowledge about water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The research project is made in collaboration with Department of Business and Sustainability \u2013 University of Southern Denmark (DK), UiS Business School \u2013 University of Stavanger (NO), Center for Molecular and Environmental Biology \u2013 University of Minho (PT), MOME Innovation Center \u2013 Moholy-Nagy University of Arts and Design (HU) and Department of Sustainable Development \u2013 Utrecht University (NL).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What do we really know about water? What kind of life does it have? What about its relations?

Water has existed for billions of years. It lives in deep time, with cycles so slow that we can barely understand it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We invite you to get familiar with it. The water that gives life and takes life. The water that has witnessed our civilization since the very beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
