Program content
EARTHBOUND 2018 included workshops, talks and debates throughout the 3-day event. Additionally, there was performance excerpts, bus lectures and sharing sessions. Between these activities, we enjoyed delightful vegetarian/vegan meals. The symposium was designed as one durational, staged event aimed at stimulating both the intellect and the senses.

Bonus day in Bogens – open program.
The program took place in both Aarhus and on Mols. The bus drive was also part of the program, where we held bus lectures on the go.

EARTHBOUND brings together performing artists, visual artists, musicians, anthropologists, philosophers, researchers of various backgrounds and other people with a holistic approach to or interest in this broad yet essential topic.

Accommodation
The participants were offered accomodation on the farm in Bogens, either in single- or double rooms. The farm is located in the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park.
September 29th
EARTHBOUND offered an extra day on September 29th. On this day we gathered at the farm in Bogens. The day unfolded organically with a programme of eating the best left-overs, going for walks, helping cleaning spaces, sauna or bathing in the sea, morning dancing and time set aside for conversations.
EARTHBOUND 2018 was organized by Secret Hotel in collaboration with Aarhus University, Performing Arts Platform, Institute of Meals and AURA (Aarhus University Research on the Anthropocene).
